5.0.0 - Updated the ELS to now include the red steady burn light that is present on california law enforcement vehicles. Tried to fix the SPV DLC but it appears to be a bug as the lighting doesn't change. Waiting on Developers to introduce a fix, still.

3.5.0 - Updated the ELS on the Utility and Cruiser for amber lighting in the rear window lightbar, matching it with the LAPD style. Also includes a fix for the SPV lighting.
