- fix jot down annotations showing on empty vanilla maps of city (e.g. Muldraugh Map)

- add ability to memorize vanilla Annotated Maps
- reveal small area around annotations upon learning them
- fix typo in month name
- fix hidden symset not being deleted from ModData correctly
- fix single items causing an error on right-click

No updates are expected anytime soon (save for hotfixes), apologies to my server admin friends :3

fix off-by-one error resulting in displaying the wrong month. oops Lua tables are 1-indexed
