? Cart HP reduce from 15 to 6
? Now the cart can't be damage while Drak is standing near it (same range as speeding up item spawn range)
? Cart now respawn on death and remove Drak's install

It could be either a buff or a nerf, depend on you prefer Drak with the cart or without, this give other players majority of the agency on making Drak go into instal or not.

No-Cart Drak nerfs:
-- Run speed lower from 6.5 to 5.5
-- No air speed buff, same air speed as normal Drak

General nerfs:
--- Utilt hitstun check hitbox move from Frame 1 to Frame 10 (it was very silly)
--- You can't no longer move left or right during Dair going down

Visual clutter improvements:
* Cart size now smaller
* Items now push each other apart when near each other
