Added a queue system to map sharing to allow servers to handle the load better and prevent connection losses
Added a config option to change the delay time between when each player's map data is sent over the network
Added a config option to disable/enable the ability to manually send map data using the hotkey (this makes the only method of sharing auto sharing from the server's end if disabled)

Auto sharing map data is no longer subject to cooldowns

Removed synchronizing tile chunks between players due to a recent tmodloader fix
Updated to work with the newest tmodloader build
