Update for 2.2 compatibility

Just an update for 2.1, mods seems to have made it through the update completely fine on a quick test run, let me know if you see anything that has broken

Updated for 2.0 and battles are now also in the IE map

Add a new battle, just a doom stack from the second game, nothing too bad
location: warpstone desert
difficulty: easy

Add a new battle
location: top of the Cathayan wall
difficulty: medium to easy ish, depends on how you do it
