Added Red Drop container the "Red" drop container has 2 small cargo one with the same loot as the original and the second with more advanced items. This drop container is mostly used for Industrial Overhaul loot otherwise it will feel much the same as the others.

Removed the vanilla drop containers from spawning in atmo. I was having issues with them still spawn to more often then my replacement.

Updated the loot tables.
