This mod adds the Kingdom of Bern with Zephiel as leader into Civilization 6.

Ability:
In the Name of Bern - Gains +1 [ICON_Culture] culture from defensive buildings. All units gain +5 [ICON_Strength] combat strength for the next 10 turns after declaring war on a major civilization.

Unique Unit:
Wyvern Lord - A Bern unique medieval era unit that replaces Knight. Gains +1 sight. Ignores the movement cost and combat penalities of most terrain, rivers, shores, and cliff hills.

Unique Building:
Bern Keep - A Bern medieval era building that replaces Medieval Walls. Grants higher outter city hit points and strength than medieval walls. Gains +1 [ICON_GreatGeneral] great general point per turn.

Ability:
The King's Madness - All diplomatic policy slots in the current government are converted to military policy slots.

Agenda:
Dragon Sympathizer - Will be very aggressive and have a high standing army. Likes Civilizations that have high happiness or with a low population. Dislikes Civilizations with an army that could be a threat to theirs or with a high population.
