-Backwards compatible with OLD old mods that were originally made for the old API before this one
-Fixed a crash for mods that badly loaded in their skin prefabs
-Some mods didn't even have a default skin, causing a crash with the API(Fyi, every character mod should have a default skin regardless if the API is enabled or not), the API will now create missing default skins for other mods.

-Notes for Modders:
-ms_rpc.lua now contains all the RPC handlers for the mods

-Added proper compatibility with lobbies as used in the Forge and Gorge events for glasses curios (They'll now properly appear on the player character)

-Remade the ModMade rarity art
Note: The old art was not bad, however as it was one of only two rarities modders could use, and the most commonly used one, the intricate designs of the old art on every modded skin made it dull when applied to so many skins at once. The new design is meant to be simple as to avoid this messy look and have a better visual balance.

-Adjusted the ModMade rarity color very very slightly (#40E0D0 to #48D0D0)
