Updated HMS Vanguard - Nuclear Submarine.
New - Full new machinery plant to circumvent gas and space dlc issues
Fixed - Full new reactor with upgraded power output to 43k watts
Fixed - Ballast Tank filling and blowing
Fixed - Various alarms
Added - Compressor for recharging ballast tanks
Added - Emergency Back up battery room and compressor room *Back up battery selected from command centre, above reactor display.

To do - Add additional 4 x torpedo with addition of lower torpedo tubes
To do - Fix bilge pumps
