Heruan, Keepers of Memories v1.1

  • (New) Added a third scenario: Lone Scout (Heruan) - Equivalent to vanilla's Rich Explorer scenario, start with a single heruan colonist with ample supplies.
  • (New) Added the Memory Recorder, a standalone utility belt that enables memory recording. It only requires Fabrication to create, making it easier to obtain than the Stellar gown. A single memory recorder is included with the Crashlanded (Heruan) and Lone Scout (Heruan) scenarios, to make it easier to manage their Memory Obsession drawback.
  • Added a +10% Global Learning Factor for all heruan.
  • Added in the appropriate compatibility patch for Royalty so that the Empire is not permanently hostile towards heruan player factions.
  • Changed the name of the Stellar armor to Stellar gown, as it was intended to be.
  • Added a 50% Memory Recording Speed bonus to the Stellar gown to keep it as the preferred recording medium.
  • Fixed a bug that caused memory recording to use the Memory Recording Speed stat of the target instead of the recorder.
