Shockwaves now only push things around but don't cause direct damage. Damage can still occur if something is thrown hard enough into something else, but that's just how Teardown works (and I love it).

Shockwaves only make dust where they hit things. This is for performance and so I can turn the smoke down a bit elsewhere.
