Rewrite of two events: Diamond Core and Exceptional Engineering, adding new outcomes that will be randomly selected.

The mod's content has been split between Extra Events Continued and the incoming mod Forgotten Empires.
Extra Events Continued will keep the anomalies and country events, staying as the lightweight mod it was always meant to be.
Forgotten Empires will take the archaeology events and will aim to be more impactful, not a mod you can uninstall mid-game like Extra Events.
Added support for Ethics & Civics Bug Branch ethics to Lost Nerves.
Added new events:
- Peak Intensity
- Volcanic Demise
- Lights in the Dark
- Scanning Back
- Asteroid Pet
