Hotfix to fix the itemIDs of the Risen Knight set and all related things

- War Maidens Boot Recipe was not bugged, a server may need to check servermod to see if it overwrite the recipe
- Wynona accessory jacket no longer grants stats
- Southern Neck Rings and Darfari Bead Necklace Accessory, Sansa's necklaces no longer grant stats
- Epic Southern Neck Rings and Darfari Bead Necklace carrying capacity increased from .75 to 15.
- Grudgeplate bonus switched from carrying capacity to health. Weight lowered and repair cost increased with hardened steel bars.

- Added stats to armors. A number of them will need adjusting, but they have stats now @_@
- Added accessory versions of Setna's snakes

If you have gear stat change suggestions, go for it. If I missed a stat and a piece of gear adds like 700% instead of 7%, let me know too :>
