Added Bloodlines for Occitan cultured players who go on to form and play as the Kingdom of Aquitaine.

Added bloodline event quest/ chain for Beast of Gevaudan (available to French and Occitan players)

Added compatibility for House Capet 769 mod for players using that in conjunction with this mod while playing as a French character. French decisions which required Empire of Francia plus the feudal government can now be done with either feudal or French Imperial government.
- This has the very minor side-effect of displaying as landless government for player without the House Capet mod, but the decisions still work fine without it.

Also fixed bug with French decision for bloodline after defeating the English invasion.

Changed localisation error with Dalmatian Doge Bloodline.

Added bloodlines for players who play with the Dalmatian culture in the Republic of Ragusa.

Also made edits to custom titles added in previous patches. Removed redundancy from titles like the North Sea Empire.

Added Bloodlines for French cultured players who play as the Kingdom of France. Normal progression of bloodlines will lead players to create the Empire of Francia, take on an English invasion, conquer Germany, and eventually will take the land of Napoleon's French Empire. Completing the Napoleon bloodline will give a new trait similar in mechanic to Augustus for Roman Emperors.

Added Bloodlines for Sardinian cultured players who play as the Kingdom of Sardinia and Corsica. Eventually will form custom Empire of Sardinia-Piedmont. (will be a lot harder to do if you use the Sardinia and Ireland switched mod lol)

Added Bloodlines for Italian cultured players who play as the merchant republic of Venice.
Added Bloodlines for Italian cultured players who play as the Duke of Milan and eventually expand into becoming the Emperor of Italia.
