• Portuguese colours made more historically accurate.

Removed the \common\country_colors folder to make the mod ironman compatible again.

This does mean that France and Portugal lose their more historically-correct colours though :(

• British, French, Portuguese and Novgorod units now have better dynamic colouring
• Sardinia-Piedmont and Corsica now use Genoa units instead of French.
• Bar, Lousiana and Quebec now use French units.
• Brazil now uses Portuguese units
• Perm now uses Novgorod units.
• Alsace, Holstein, Livionian Order, Prussia, Riga and Teutonic Order now also use Hansa units.
• Finland, Sweden and Scandinavia cavalry now use British level 2. Hakkapel!
• Finland, Sweden, Scandinavia infantry now use French Level 2 and Novogorod Level 3. Karoliner!
