-Revised Chinese translations for what was previously machine translated (thanks Harder)

-Fixed plane banking animations being flipped when traveling left.

-Reduced size of plane banking animation frames to improve vram usage (old = 182.4 MB. new = 44.4 MB. 138 MB freed). Further improvements in other assets are planned.
