-added new animations over remaining unchanged heal self and heal friend animations (may have shuffled some animations)
-changed method through which the dirty textures are applied, now done via a detail texture

-fixed horrible useless wrist helpers on l4d1 arms viewmodel
-greatly improved quality of l4d1 body viewmodel
