🌸 Forward Special -
The ability to hold forward special has been removed, it wasn't used very often and I don't think it was implemented in the way I had hoped.
💮 Defensive Flourish -
Hitbox size increased, as it accidentally had Standard Attack's hitbox.
💮 Mobile Flourish -
Hitbox size increased, as it accidentally had Standard Attack's hitbox.
Made it so Ayaka properly returned to idle when the axe returns to her early.

🌸 Down Special -
Fixed a bug in which the move would not enter its cooldown if Ayaka is parried while calm.

🌸 Forward Strong -
To go along with the changes to forward special. Ayaka has been given a new forward strong, animated by @JH.

🌸 Down Air -
Endlag: 13 > 12

Window lengths and cancel frames adjusted.

All Axes -
Hitstun Multiplier: 1 > 0.6 (i apologize severely for my ignorance and grave sin)

Dash Attack -
Damage: 10 > 7
Endlag: 14 > 17

Up-Tilt -
Hitbox sizes increased.

Down-Air -
Endlag: 10 > 13

Other -
Swapped out the LV16 feat from the War Caster feat to the Resilient feat in Wisdom.
