Apparently Meld does need to be flagged as a starting item, so I've reverted the most recent update.

- Meld is no longer flagged as a starting item. I didn't exactly get any reports about this, but it seems kind of yabai so it's gotta go.

- The Officer Corpse and the Meld are no longer in the same RollGroup on Gatecrasher, so you should always properly get the 1 Officer Corpse and the 10 Meld now.
