Added an abundance of sounds that affect:
- Weapons
- Collisions
- Player
- UI
- Other

+ Re-added vehicle collision sounds (because I forgot like an idiot)

+ Crowbar/Body impact sounds
+ More ragdoll sounds
+ Tyler1 pulse rifle orb hold sound
+ Pulse rifle BRUH orb bounce sounds
+ Headcrab bite sounds
+ Poision headcrab walk sounds
+ Resonance [song name: "HOME - Resonance"] thruster sound (because of the way the game works, it's really quiet!)
