Added new tables required for skills.
Includes support for the new DLC spellcasters.
Blue Scribes are not supported because they don't have a Wizard Level in the tabletop.
Changeling won't have the transformed characters Wizard Levels but will function correctly in their base form.

Fixed Arcane Conduit so it correctly shows many prior skills are required.
This applies to other similar capstone skills like Greater Arcane Conduit as well.
This change has been applied to all submods as well.
