changes:
- explosive spiders now not deal damage to the player
- arachna's spool doesn't break upon touching cube baby
- globins don't drop spider eggs now
- added one secret web heart interaction with a certain thing. previously this interaction was purely visual, but now it has actual effect
- fixed insta death on soul heart devil deals
- fixed nil values appearing in some parts of save system
- arachna's spool projectile now doesn't inherit tear effects of trisagon, fire mind and similar effects
