MMG Base Storage Update

-> Fixed spawning issues for greenhouse, gunwall and planter box kits.
-> Fixed Gear Stand description.
-> Fixed Slot issues for grenades and the improvised explosive boxes.
-> Updated some textures.

Update for MMG Base Storage:

-> Added the MMG Greenhouse (10 Slots) and Planter Box (3 Slots).
-> Greenhouse and Planter Box can be dismantled into a Kit with a screwriver.
-> Added the MMG Old Table. It holds some big tools, 2 Weapons and 2 Ammo Boxes. The top has been left free so people place on top what they want. (There will be some smaller boxes for that in the future).
-> The old table can be crafted out of 5 Planks and 45 Nails.
