-Dramatically reduced file size by downscaling health bar textures (was around 35MB, now around 10MB)
-Corrected some wrong info in addoninfo.txt

-Turns out that the new HP icon doesn't scale properly at lower resolutions... reverting back to old HP icon.

-Decreased teammate and player HP icon size (changed the icon to be a literal plus "+" sign)
-Adjusted size & positioning of the item icons for the teammate panel (this should ensure better compatibility for custom item icons)

-Changed selected weapon color to a nicer shade of green

-Temp bar now blinks when health is critical, which should be easier to see.

-Temp health now blinks faster
