Can now penetrate and fire through thicker walls more akin to a standard Gmod map's (might cause it to fire into The Void™)
Made minigrenades slightly smaller and brighter in color
Can now be placed slightly farther away, allowing ease of placement on ceilings

Used brackets instead of quotes to write out the name of the weapon, resulting in a cleaner looking name
Also adjusted weapon description

Cluster Charge now fires faster with slightly less spread and slightly bigger explosions to be more accurate
Also fixed errors when attempting to place a Cluster Charge without any ammo in the "mag"
