FAIRY UPDATE

Fixed some textures.

+150 Deco and placeables.

*Fairy weapons with upgrade system*

- Learn the fairy workbench feat at level 60.
- Craft a weapon on it.
- Next, create the Fairy Altar.
- Can upgrade fairy weapons.

You need to place 100 fairy dust, 10 wisp and the touch of the Winter Queen next to the weapon on the Altar.

These materials are for use by the admin only, he will have to give them to the players.
