Added bomber spawn to attacker team

Fixed occlusion culling

Removed defend orders from attacker defualt spawns to increase attacker activity, fixed collisions at warehouse, moved vehicle spawns so vehicles dont get stuck, attempted to fix flags.

Completely optimized the map for higher fps. Official release to the public.
