- Added dependencies to North America Divided and KaiserreduX, hopefully improving game stability and reducing the frequency of bugged features

- State Interactions updated to latest RT56 RP version
- Added dependencies to Old World Blues and Equestria at War, fixing many issues with missing text, unresponsive GUIs etc.
- Removed Yearly Event Cards and all custom music triggers - they weren't very generic anyway
- Decluttered some directories, reducing the mod's required storage space some
- Other very minor tweaks

- Integrated host tool (thanks to Roblox for adding in the necessary functionality for Generic RP). Enter "set_country_flag host_tool_allowed" into the console to enable it

- Added a new game rule "Unrestricted Faction Joining?" which controls whether the tension limit for joining a faction is removed or not.
