it is now possible to shoot at others while seated (even in a rolling/sliding vehicle) and no you won't take damage when you shoot.

it is now possible via a console command (disable_weapons_in_vehicles) or in the chatbox (/dwiv) to disable weapons while sitting, this should allow you to choose when you want to drive normally while armed or not

this feature was suggested by Jamesinator (thanks to him)
