Option added: Direction of rain
Now supporting:
- Down
- Up
- Mix down and up
- Right
- Left
- Mix right and left

Corrected minor issue where the banner was shifted in a weird way

Fixed issue where HDR bloom grows without detail bloom

Added background and foreground

Fixed texture loading issues (particularly regarding the banner, which may not properly load at times)

Yet again did it not update correctly before

Some other minor bugfixes that i missed before

Gradient loading fix

- Images that are not found wont result in freezing anymore, but simply be loaded as a black image
- proper luminance calculation for banner

Previous Update didnt properly upload changes for some reason. Now its actually working
