over all Resistance for Daemons increase +5% Wardsave for Tzeentch

over all Slaanesh is +10% physicial Resistance and Missile Resist , Nurgle 15% physicial Resistance and Missile Resist

and Khorne just gets 5% more physicial because they already have Spell Resistance

also I forgot I did adjust or nerf some Kislev's units Weapon Strength
