Material, bolt and charger bones for w_model

Re-added the accidentally removed sounds. For the soundless version, refer to the comment section.

remade w_model from v_model so that it'd have ValveBiped.weapon_bone_Clip. Now the magazine separates during the reload animation
But because I had to just basically guesswork the orientation of the gun it might be a little bit skewed. If you don't like it, fix it yourself.
