Removed the 4 extra skill points this mod previously granted to Heroes, as in the majority of cases Heroes do not have enough skills in their skill trees to spend even the base 49 skill points they gain by level 50 (Thanks, CA.)
Lowered Lord level 50 skill points from 4 to 3.
