- Added extra functionality to the host tool to allow elections to be toggled on and off - check the 'Change Ruling Party' buttons
- Added some much needed transparency to the host tool to show how it's being used. Currently this is saved in real time to a log file in your documents - find the game.log and search for "<CCSHTOOL>" - but there are loose plans to bring this into the game with some form of GUI
- Removed compliance loss on ideology change

- Added baked in the rule preventing the UK from refusing Bulgarian rearmament before they can go to war (disabled by turning off the baked in war rules)
- Changed Mercenary Company's guarantee modifiers into a trigger on the button itself, completely disabling it
- Added some more transparency to the "Establish a Mercenary Company" decision by making the rank check visible (disabled by turning off dynamic ranks)
- Decreased the cost of the "Establish a Mercenary Company" decision from 150PP to 25PP

- Adjusted the baked-in war declaration dates for ranks A - C, introducing different dates for AI and players like other lower ranks. Rank A allows wars generally 6 months earlier now.
- Formable tweaks

- Added a dogpile baked in rule for attackers, with the default duration being 3 months (works identically to existing dogpile rule for defenders, i.e. you will not get it if you declare a war on AI only)
- Nerfed PRC's "Our Own Initiative," "Swift Victory Doctrine," and "Dare-To-Die Corps" national spirits. The former two are replaced by one new, weaker idea after Jan 1st 1939, the latter has had it's modifiers decreased

- Tweaked generic ideology drift advisor's modifiers
