- Conditional Peace Deals start at 9999 warscore (effectively disables warscore mechanic), but you can't offer to AI anymore
- Conditional Peace Deals can only be sent to faction leaders now, rather than any major in the faction
- Support companies reduced from 10 to 6
- Player Peace game rule default set correctly
- Division, Tank and Ship editing now costs 0 XP
- USA's "Home of the Free" no longer prevents other ideologies joining (but it still has to make RP sense :pepeLook:)
- Coring tool is now always visible (with game rule), but instead the button is unavailable if compliance < 80% (before it just didn't appear, which made players think it was broken)
