- National Ideas should now correctly refund 50 PP per idea taken after a civil war. Localisation is now correct.

- This is a quick update to get it working again. Only fixes the map error; can't guarantee stability. Further patch to come.

- Removed Chat+ for now. PDX's latest update to show player's career profiles broke it and broke the mod

- Compatibility patch with latest RT56 update
- All vanilla/RT56 formable decisions are now visible again, but will not give cores for consistency with RT56 RP formables
- State Interactions' 'Expand Military Industry' now costs $1M

Note: Formables have not been updated in this patch, but will only affect those situated around Afghanistan where claims will not be given for the new states there

- Potential hotfix for game-breaking bug seen in recent games relating to Belgium
- Fixed an additional RT56 event bug that was throwing up a lot of errors

- 2 new state interactions and a reworked minimal money system. Send money to other countries at the cost of 1 civ as usual - that country now receives money they can spend on building civs/mils in their states if they have the space.
- Border War State Interaction now checks if the target country is guaranteed. If they are, you can't start a border war.
