- Added 4 generic ideology drift advisors to all countries to help players switch if their situation has changed (they have harsh debuffs so you don't keep them for longer than required)
- Some unnecessarily restrictive conditions for the "Abandon Core" and "Border Skirmish" State Interactions buttons have been removed

- Changed Dynamic Ranks' country points for ranks X - F (X: -1; S - F: + 1)

- Tweaked State Interactions and mapmode localisation for consistency
- Added new formable names for the Mexican Empire, Gran Colombia, Andes and La Plata when subjects of Spain
- Moved subideology mapmode closer to the ideology mapmode (as close as I can)
- Included note in subideology mapmode tooltip to explain why some countries show multiple subideologies
