- Game rules completely redone and expanded
- Added State Interactions v2, replacing existing STT and upgrading some existing features (this is exclusive to RT56 RP until tested by the community)
- New Mercenary Company decision to stop cancelling

- Baked-in rules for faction joining now checks the Chinese major
- Subideology mapmode bugfix
- Removed shortcut to dismiss received letter so you don't lose them down the side of your chair anymore
- Removed yearly summaries - a fun gimmick but added bloat that most players instantly click away

There's changes to almost every major feature in the mod here so I expect there to be issues. Please consider this update experimental and report anything you find.
