- China focus tree bugfixes
- Amount of special forces you can have has been reduced slightly (5% of non SF battalions -> 4%, 24 battalions minimum -> 16)
- Added some experimental special forces terrain bonus/penalties so less one-trick pony armies. Feedback appreciated

- Chef E has cooked up a new China focus tree
- POD2 balance pass
- Tank designer stat changes
- Game speed has been tweaked based on feedback:
-- 1 speed essentially keeps the game paused, useful for multiplayer where players can still unpause
-- 2 speed is now what 3 speed was
-- 3 speed is now between what 3 speed and 4 speed was, a good compromise for RP speed
-- 4 speed is now slightly faster than what 4 speed was, a less-RP focused game speed
