- Navy balance changes (sub visibility/detection + navy visibility spirit <NSB only> + sub prod cost)
- Air balance changes (fighter ground attack - all variants)
- Dynamic ranks are now completely relative to one another, with rescaled rank boundaries (each successive rank is now twice the "strength")
- Dynamic ranks will update quarterly now so your ranks don't change so often (that's every 3 months for the monke)
- You'll now be notified by event if your country rank changes
- Removed economic law levels (no scaling pp)
