Fixed missing item descriptions

Fixed game crashing when looking at Lizardmen roster

Fixed Xokha's Battle Frenzy and Hunting Nets abilities going to whole army instead of the proper units

Can now Salvage modded artefacts to clear item clutter caused by other mods duplicating the modded artefacts, hopefully the ai doesn't destroy their artefacts

Kostaltyn's Ursun's Strength ability need a Unique ID to activate. Fixed it

Finished porting items from W2 for Lizardmen. Will need tested once playable. Should be ready for Immortal Empires, as long as nothing big changes with the data tables

Finished porting items from W2 for Vampire Counts. Will need testing once playable. Helman Ghorst has a placeholder for his Talisman until I can play him, because I never was really satisfied with his Artefacts in the past.
