Fixed the new abilities from the custom artefacts showing up on LL when artefact was not equipped.

Added the Beastmen items from W2. Will have to test when faction is playable

Noticed Tretch Craventail was in the campaign, so he now has access to his new items. Also, Bretonnian items from W2 are now included. Will have to wait till I can play them to test the items
