-New steam artwork.
-First attempt at fixing CTD issue.
-Katarin set region list change. Needs to own Erengrad, Praag and Kislev for first name change.
-Changed Cathay level 4 name to Celestial Dragon Empire.
-Changed the name Court of Arch TemptOr into Court of Arch TemptEr
-Changed the LoC level 4 name into Heralds of the World-Slayer.

Reverted back to previous version, as some experienced CTD after previous update. Will look into the issue.

Changed so Katarin's 2 level requirment where to own Erengrad, Praag and Kislev. Not just own 6 regions.
