Skills on the top row of Vanilla characters skill trees are once again reset.

Skills on the top row of modded characters skill trees cannot be reset. This is due to a technical limitation and isn't solvable by me.

Updated the mod to work properly with custom characters from other mods.

The tradeoff is that all skills on the top row of the skill tree are now permanent - stuff like Wards of Hoeth cannot be reskilled.

Updated to support immortal empires

- also fixed the issue where auto-levelled skills such as immortality and mounts would become unskilled when respec'ing their characters.

Note: there is some odd behaviour with the new mounts, in that they get unskilled if you respec. You do get the point back, so it isn't a major issue.

- Fixed an incorrect tooltip display where being unable to afford Respec displayed the 'already used' lock message.
- Fixed some issues when selecting characters through the icons at the top of the character details panel.

Fixed an issue with multiplayer compatibility.
