-Fixed Game Over screen not popping up if you have other mods that use shaders

- Removed the shader, as many people were having blackscreens. Thought this was fixed in AB+. You can reenable it by going into the files and renaming shader.xml.bak to just shaders.xml
- Fixed eurobeat mother backwards route not playing
- Added some shit so situations where you get out of bounds are less frequent, hopefully.
