-Fixed text errors with several promotions and Kempf's Civ IV Trait text
-Fixed the method used for checking City-State friends/allies for Farina's Mercenary Contracts
-Kempf's UU now uses the proper unit flag
-Fixed the WTA Support for all UU's in the mod

-All 3 UU's can now be bought with Gold
-All 3 UU's can no longer be purchased with Faith unless you have the necessary belief for it
-Fixed a bug with Emblem Project support where the Strongwing and Starlight Sorcerer's were not able to be built or receive their respective class' promotions.
