Finished basic HUD features, added sound effects and floor ruler. Added support for teams. Fixed some bugs, hopefully.

Reworked gamemode to only use stage NPC in Solo Practice Mode, due to broken Online Multiplayer.
Now players take turns launching eachother, instead of sharing the sandbag.

Properly implemented stage NPC, made stage size dynamic, cleaned up all of the mess. HUD is a work in progress.
