updated a mirror code issue that hid one of the angled 1x2 doors from the block variant groups

Updated SG hatch projection/rotation points on the model, added a HB version for SG

Added 6 angled door variants for LG, SG may be added later.

Updated railing gates to have side area mountpoints to be more in line with their vanilla counterparts. Also cleaned up some sbc related stuff just for mine and other modders convenience, this includes the Block Categories and Block Variant Groups sbcs.

Updated component cost of bulkhead and airlock doors without windows to make them a bit more durable and make sense.

Updated sounds for VLS hatches, railing gates, and bulkhead doors
