Changes and fixes:
- Added an option to include the medic with the core characters (this is useful for if you have 6 players, the last player will still get a choice of characters)
- Ensured that all items shuffle properly
- Re-created some mini's as a couple of people had issues loading them

Features:
Added animated fire / malfunction tokens as an option

Bug fix:
Sometimes the 2d miniatures wouldn't get placed into the nemesis box properly and would cause noise spam,
This has now been fixed (hopefully!)
