Added settlement plan graphics for barbarian large and huge cities as well as their relevant building level equivalents in sieges. Modified Imperial Palaces to allow general bodyguard recruitment and retraining even when the building is of a different culture. Removed duplicate recruitment of Pontic Heavy Cavalry in Royal Cavalry Stables.

Add character models (assassin, diplomat, merchant, general, captain, spy) for the 5 new factions. Add a script to remove agents when an AI city is captured so that the new settlement owner can recruit new agents. Clean up some unused files.

Added the Taulantii, Chersonesus, and Pontic Pentapolis factions, moved the Catiratoi Scythians, allied the Scythian tribes as vassals of Royal Scythia, added mercenary greek pikemen, added more character names, adjusted various faction bits here and there, added/corrected map previews, adjusted faction relationships, updated some trait triggers

Add hording to mercenary units so that they can be used by hordes without an error popup.
